In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
We proudly offer local delivery throughout Miami-Dade County.
Delivery Times: Deliveries are made during our regular delivery hours. While we always do our best to accommodate preferred delivery times, specific delivery times are not guaranteed unless previously confirmed by May Crazy Bloom.
Same-Day Delivery: Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before our daily cut-off time, subject to availability. Orders placed after the cut-off may be delivered the following business day.
Recipient Availability: Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, apartment or suite number, gate/access information, and a valid recipient phone number. If the recipient is unavailable, our driver may leave the arrangement in a safe location, with a receptionist, front desk, concierge, neighbor, or follow building/security instructions when appropriate.
Incorrect or Incomplete Information: May Crazy Bloom is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, missing apartment/unit numbers, restricted building access, incorrect phone numbers, or other inaccurate information provided at checkout. Additional delivery fees may apply if a second delivery attempt is required.
High-Volume Holidays: During Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, and other high-volume holidays, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Deliveries may occur at any time during the scheduled delivery day.
Schools, Hospitals & Businesses: Deliveries are subject to the receiving policies and operating hours of each location. Once an arrangement has been accepted by an authorized employee, receptionist, front desk, security desk, or receiving department, the order will be considered successfully delivered.
